Your 18-month-old probably has an impressive range of physical abilities
now. He's likely constantly changing his action depending on what
catches his eye. He'll walk along, stop suddenly to pick up a toy and
tumble over. He'll climb in and out of the stroller as many times as you
have patience for. He may be unable to pass a flight of stairs without
heading up, usually with something in his hands.This action is not overly rational so you are the brains for now. Stay close and make sure that he does not hurt himself.
